NetCopy copies one or more VMS files from a VMS computer to a Windows computer over a TCP/IP LAN or WAN interface.

NetCopy copies VMS files to a Windows computer using a VMS Client communicating with a Windows Server.

The file copy operations are initiated on the VMS computer and can be interactive or automated within batch command procedures.

NetCopy copies any VMS file type and will convert ASCII printable files to a Windows printable format. Non-printable files can be copied unchanged.

NetCopy includes data compression to minimize the file copy time. The compression can be turned off if desired.
